This family ceche recipe is from my childhood. A recipe that Mum has made for as long as I can remember, is easily modified to suit the veges in your fridge and my kids eat it (smothered in butter), but they eat it, little do they know it's full of the nourishing stuff!
So, let's get straight to the point, the recipe, so you can get it served to your family too!.
Nourishing family Ceche

Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup self raising flour (use gluten free if you need to)
Directions
Turn on oven to 180 degree to heat. Grease round ceche dish or line a rectangular baking tin.
