It's totally normal to make a plan to achieve your goals only to fall off the bandwagon because you loose interest, don't see results quickly like you'd hoped for or can't maintain the consistency, diets and long exercise sessions.  And I know as busy ladies we often put ourselves last and really feel the effects of that but have to keep trucking on without support to care for yourself.

That’s why it’s important to care for your body and make sure you are able do to normal everyday activities at a pace that’s protective and supportive of your deep core and pelvic floor function (and I’m not talking about doing planks, kegels, or situps, which can make things much worse).

Hey there, I'm Jo!

I’m a Pregnancy/Postnatal and Ladies Exercise Specialist, a Registered Nurse and a mum of three girls! When I gave birth to my babies, no one told me what my body would go through postpartum! I began doing my own research about recovering from birth because I wanted to do everything I could to support my body to heal properly. When I began learning about pelvic floor health, I asked myself, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this?” I have now shaped my business around ladies health, wellness and function with focus on deep core function (which includes your pelvic floor function). 

 

I know it can be hard to set aside time to exercise when you’ve got little, big or even no kids, life is busy, but your health and wellness is important to prioritise, it's so important to take that time for yourself. After all, your wellbeing is worth investing in!

The trapezius exercises, they look great - and the neck stretching. My comprehensive online eight week challenge is valued at over $300! 

Private PT sessions with me are a minimum of $55/session, but I know this isn't always achievable on a regular basis for everyone, yet every women deserves support to help you reach your health, fitness and function goals. Actually this is one of the reasons I started my online support, so it was more affordable and assessible to all!

 

So, by making this online for a like-minded community of women you still get access to me, my resources, exercise and nutritional guides all at an affordable price. That’s why the eight week challenge gives you a life time access but you only pay $15/week for eight weeks, that's a total of $120.
