Hey there, I'm Jo!

As a maternity nurse, perinatal exercise specialist, and a mother of three, I intimately understand the pelvic floor journey. My own experiences after childbirth sparked a deep interest in supporting my body’s healing process  and inspired an opportunity to support others as well.

 

The surprising scarcity of information on pelvic floor health led me to ask, “Why isn’t this essential knowledge more accessible?” and subsequently a business has been born.
