In the eight week series I’ll show you to get big results by going small and simple! Each day for eight weeks you’ll get a snippet of education, inspiration or tasks/habits to complete and build on. Education will only take about five minutes to read through and exercise sessions (although they are not required daily) only need to take about 10 minutes and include a variety of options to meet you where you are at.
The series walks you through five nutrition habits broken down over the eight weeks to ensure you have a chance to really understand and gradually implement them as sustainable habits, with each week introducing a new skill. Alongside your nutrition habits will also be an exercise module relevant to you and your life as a woman, things we really should know about but often don’t give the time of day or take for granted!
Investing in your health, fitness and wellness for just a few minutes each day will have a significant long-term impact on your body's ability to function well for a stronger, longer and more energised future, so, what are you waiting for ?
Hey there, I'm Jo!
I’m a ladies pregnancy, postnatal and pelvic floor exercise specialist, a maternity nurse and a mum of three girls. When I gave birth to my babies, no one told me what my body would go through postpartum! I began doing my own research about recovering from birth because I wanted to do everything I could to support my body to heal properly and function well for the rest of my life. When I discovered the impact that targeted deep core exercise and movement had on my life (and my pelvic floor function), I was dumbfunded as to why noone knows or talks about this stuff. I asked myself, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this?”. All women should be aware of this stuff.
This experience has lead to completing further education and developing my business around ladies health, exercise and function with focus on deep core function (which includes your pelvic floor function).
I know it can be hard to set aside time to exercise when you’ve got little, big or even no kids, life is busy, but your health and wellness is important to prioritise, it's so important to take that time for yourself.
After all, your wellbeing is worth investing in!





This eight week series teaches you what you really need and deserve to know about women's nutrition and exercise, no fancy diets or calorie counting, no fitness tests or unachievable long exercises sessions, in fact what I’ll teach you is so simple you’ll wonder how it is so effective!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access the series? The series can be accessed under the members area on this website or through the fitbywix app which you will be prompted to download if you are accessing this website on your phone. The Challenge will be under the 'Online Programs' tab in the app, and you can access the group chat under the 'Groups' tab.
How do I access the exercises? Each day there will be a link to access the exercise videos which are loaded as private videos on my youtube channel playlist. Click the relevant/your desired exercise video to follow along, or simple do your own preferred exercise/movement for at least 10 minutes most days.
Can I do this program while I’m still pregnant? This program is designed for women who are not pregnant, I have more resources and am developing my Pregnancy exercise program, check out the details on my website. This program will support you developing healthy habits, some of the exercises will need to be modified.
Can I do this program while newly postpartum? Yes you can from about 6-12 weeks postpartum, however I have postnatal recovery programs which would be more suited and relevant to your early postnatal recovery journey. Struggling with time management and healthy habits as a new Mum is often a challenge, so this program will guide you with that and be beneficial alongside my postnatal recovery programs. Hit me up for a discount code for both.
What equipment do I need? You don't need any specific exercise equipment, through the exercises videos I will prompt you to simply grab some common house hold items like, a couple of tinned food cans, a cushion from your couch, drink bottles, chairs etc!

If you were to have private PT sessions with me, it would cost over $60 per session. However, I believe in the power of community. Often, having a supportive community to help you achieve your goals is the missing piece of an exciting puzzle!
