Not to mention the hormonal changes! These conditions don’t resolve spontaneously and require specialised care and management. My mini-course is meticulously designed to support the restoration and integration of your core strength and pelvic floor integrity without resorting to potentially harmful exercises like planks and sit-ups or defaulting to kegals!
